Important Notice: Payment Portal Maintenance
We would like to inform all Scott County Telephone Cooperative and PVEC Fiber customers that our payment portal will be undergoing scheduled maintenance starting April 22, 2024 at 6:00 PM. During this time, the payment portal will be temporarily unavailable. Please note that the duration of this maintenance period is currently uncertain, potentially lasting for two to three days. While the payment portal is offline, we will be unable to process payments through any other means. We would like to apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to improve our services.
2024 SCTC Scholarship Information
The 2024 Scott County Telephone Cooperative Scholarship applications can be obtained from the student's high school Guidance Office or coming by our main office located at 149 Woodland St. in Gate City, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8:00AM - 5:00PM. Students must be a graduating senior of Gate City High School, JI Burton High School, Rye Cove High School, or Twin Springs High School. The application deadline is Friday, May 3, 2024.
New Information Regarding ACP Benefit
The Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) will end April 2024 due to lack of funding. The full discounted month will be applied to your May service bill. If you choose to continue your internet service plan past May, you will be subject to our standard non-discounted rates and terms. We offer 4 speed plans to choose from and you may switch to any plan you prefer. you may also choose to end your internet service entirely. We're happy to help you find a plan that fits your budget.
