Pay Bill

Important Update to One-Time Payment Process

To enhance security and remain compliant with industry standards, we have partnered with our payment processor to update the way one-time payments are processed.

These changes apply to:

  • Over-the-phone payments (including the automated phone system)

  • Payments made with a Customer Service Representative

  • In-person payments

  • Online one-time payments

Effective July 14, 2025, at 5:00 PM EST, one-time payments will no longer require your Account Number and ZIP Code. Instead, you will need to enter your Account Number and the Security Code found on your billing statement.

Note: This change does not affect users with a registered online account or those enrolled in autopay.

SCTC offers several options for paying your bill!

Pay Online

You can pay online anytime through our online payment portal with a credit card or checking account. Debit or credit card payments accepted for balances/transactions under $500.00.

When signing up for the first time to use the payment portal, you will need the Account Number from your bill.

Account Numbers beginning with 0464.

Account Numbers beginning with 0474.

Pay by Phone for SCTC Bill

If your Account Number begins with 0464, you can call 1-833-735-2241.

Pay your bill any time by using SCTC's new interactive phone payment system - a free service to all customers.

Simply call 1-833-735-2241 and follow the prompts. Please make sure to have your Account Number and Security Code readily available from your bill.

**You will not need to enter the first leading 0 (zero) into the system when going online or paying by phone!**

If your Account Number begins with 0474, you can call 1-833-735-2242.

Pay your bill any time by using PVEC Fiber's new interactive phone payment system - a free service to all customers. Simply call 1-833-735-2242 and follow the prompts. Please make sure to have your Account Number and Security Code readily available from your bill.

**You will not need to enter the first leading 0 (zero) into the system when going online or paying by phone!**

Automatic Payments/Deductions

There are two ways to setup automatic monthly payments:

You can make automatic payments with a credit card or checking account. When setting up automatic checking/ACH payments, you must submit a signed voided check.
