SCTC offers several options for paying your bill.

Pay by Phone

Pay your bill any time by using SCTC’s new interactive phone payment system — a free service to all customers. Simply call 1-866-905-8920 and follow the prompts. Please have your new account number from your bill ready.

If you are a first time user, you will be asked for your secret code. By default your code is 464 + last 4 digits of the main number listed on your bill. You will then be required to establish a new 4 digit pin. Once the pin is authenticated, the system will give you the account balance and payment options.

Automatic Payments/Deductions

There are two ways to set up automatic monthly payments:

  • Sign up through our online payment portal
Access Payment Portal

You can make automatic payments with a credit card or checking account. When setting up automatic checking/ACH payments, you must submit a signed voided check.

Pay Online

You can pay online anytime through our online payment portal with a credit card or checking account. Debit or credit card payments accepted for balances/transactions under $500.00.
